Adobe Edge Preview: Making HTML5 Animations Pretty Easy

Screencapedge
This week, Adobe launched a new tool called Adobe Edge that’s meant to make designing animations in HTML5 easy.

I’ve had the chance to try it a bit and so far it’s pretty cool.

It’s designed like After Effects lite with a touch of Flash - based around keyframes and changing values.  It plays well with Photoshop and is available for a 150-plus day preview here.  Download the sample projects, too (especially the ferris wheel one which is seen in the screencap.)

A full version of the software is expected next year.
